Executive Coaching

Have you ever just looked up from your computer screen and wished you had someone who could listen to you, thought partner, understand what you are going through without being in what you are going through? I’m guessing that’s a big YES. Leaders often need an objective listening ear–you are human, too, and there’s so much going on in your head: getting some perspective is SO important. Coaching gives you the objective perspective you need and deserve, and my exceptional track record at coaching and developing leaders helps you get to where you want to be. The work therapist in me listens to what you need to get off your chest and work through, the cheerleader in me is always on your side cheering you on loudly, the accountability buddy helps make sure you meet your goals by taking the action steps you need to take and the Mama Bear in me will tell you what you need to hear, even if it’s tough. Whether it is a rising leader who is hungry to grow faster, a seasoned executive who is feeling stuck or burnt out, or a leader going through a transitional time in their life, helping leaders step into their greatness is my specialty.

Get the support you need with coaching designed to meet you right where you are, address your specific challenges and leave you clear on next steps and empowered to move forward. I offer general executive coaching as well as Strengths Coaching. (My executive coaching work often includes Strengths work while also leveraging a wide array of strategies and tools.)

Because I know leadership doesn’t always neatly wrap up your challenges into every-other-week session, slots, my coaching packages offer a incredible value that’s designed to meet you and your need.

  • Make appointments of 15, 30 or 50 minutes at a time that work with your schedule

  • Wraparound accountability and support between sessions- I’m always an email or text away, and I always accommodate last minute emergency calls when my clients need them

  • Packages start at six months of support with unlimited sessions.

Executive coaching often incorporates Strengths coaching as one component: Learn more about Strengths coaching below.

Personally you’ve allowed me a space to professionally acknowledge the places where I know I lack experience to move work forward, but didn’t know who to ask - thankfully you’ve then supported me in helping to build that knowledge. It’s also be great to hear the successes of what you’ve seen done elsewhere, done at your own schools and also know to be best practice.

Testimonials

Coaching with Beth was great–personal connection, a safe and understanding place to put it all out there without judgment, and a real willingness to offer resources and solutions without being preachy about it. I was skeptical about the strengths finder tool, but found our analysis of it very helpful.
— Beth, Executive Director, Jewish Community Action
Beth’s expertise and experience was invaluable. I loved feeling completely free to talk about all aspects of my team without worrying that it could turn into gossip that got back to my team. I loved that I could share everything without holding back and that she could help me navigate the complexities without being in it.
— Amy, Board Chair, Cupertino Community School
I felt very comfortable right from the beginning of my time working with Beth! She felt like a friend, I enjoyed our time together.
