The Special Blend 

Consider it the cronut of the mission-driven organization world. We’ll discuss exactly where you are now to come up with the perfect blend of personalized coaching and consulting needed to get you to your goals. The ‘Special Blend’ is a hybrid of all my expertise, where we work together in a new way… using a unique solution to meet your challenges on your plate.

One way I do this is through Leader Intensive Days. Sometimes the best way to make progress on a seemingly intractable problem is to aim some serious focus and know-how at it to jumpstart a solution–and this is exactly what my VIP Day/Leader Intensive is designed to do. A versatile solution to a range of problems, it can be used to do anything from create a staff culture turnaround plan to reset your leadership team in just a day! We focus in on your specific challenge; first, by doing some data gathering and strategy alignment in a call. Then, we choose a date where I devote myself entirely to creating a solution–sometimes with you, sometimes for you, depending on the issue. At the end of the day, you get alllll the documents and plans and resources you need to make your plan a reality–as well as 30 days of follow-on support where you can text me about anything that comes up!

Coaching gives you the objective perspective you need, and my exceptional track record at coaching and developing leaders helps you get to where you want to be. Gallup Strengths Work | Coaching, Professional Development and Organizational Work

My 45+ hours of Gallup training serves you as we dig into your Clifton Strengths assessment report, and explore where you are in flow, what energizes you, what you love doing and how you can do more of that. Additionally, professional development for large or small groups focused on Strengths is a great way to get everyone on the same page and boost a team culture (seriously, doing Strengths PD is like adding one of those boosters to your protein shake: instant value-add and everyone loves talking about what they are good at).

Professional Development Training Sessions

My professional development and training sessions are designed to help leaders learn strategies and practices so that they can lead more effectively and efficiently on a variety of subjects. Perhaps it’s how to lead through cultural challenges, or maybe it’s how to use an asset-based lens to establish and communicate clear expectations for others. I also work with teams, often around how to leverage their Strengths individually and collectively to operate with more ease and enjoyment in their daily work. Interested in learning more?
